Pleasantly surprised with the quality out of the package. Way thicker than I was expecting which is a good thing to me. The pads are nice but the breast strap that is supposed to hold the goods in place could be a little tighter. I’m 5’3 125lb and ordered a small because I would rather it be tight than loose while doing laps at the gym. I hold my fat in my thighs and butt cheeks so those are the tight areas but I don’t care bc this is for gym pool days only. I would definitely recommend.
