I am short-waisted so was concerned that the empire waistline would not work for me, but it worked great. I am DD, 5'4\\\", 145 and I bought a medium. Cute and comfortable dress for the price. It's not top-end fabric, so not to be confused with a high-end dress. The weight of the fabric is excellent for warmer temperatures, and it drapes nicely.

This dress is fun and comfortable! You can dress it up or down (flip-flops or heels). There is nice stretch to hug your top half and be loose on the bottom.
